What To Expect

South Bay Fit Camp is for participants of all fitness levels - we will challenge you at your own level, and teach you how to adjust exercises for your body. Our classes are for beginners, advanced exercisers and everyone in between, so we'll help you gear your workout towards your individual goals, regardless of injury or experience. Expect to leave sweaty, refreshed, and impressed by what you've accomplished that day!

We meet outdoors, so weather is something to consider. We advise dressing in layers (even on chilly days, you will warm up) and wearing sunscreen, water-friendly clothing and comfortable athletic shoes. You may get a little dirty, so wear clothes you don't mind dusting off...

What to Bring

  • 5- to 10-lb dumbbells
  • water bottle
  • towel
  • yoga-type mat (available at Target, Kmart, sporting goods stores, etc.)
  • a great attitude =)
  • Registration Packet. Print, fill out completely, and bring with you to your first class.
