Custom Services and Rates
Initial Consultation - 90 minutes
Begin the easy shift into a lifestyle of longevity, optimum health, and nutrition. Prior to the consultation, you will be asked to keep a 3-day food journal (be honest!). Don’t be scared...this is just our starting platform to converse and delve into the simple transitions needed to change the way you eat and feel. By making yourself a priority and using your individual goals, we'll create a plan that you know you can follow, with realistic benchmarks and time lines. Depending on your needs, a follow-up plan may be suggested. $110
Follow up sessions – 30-60 minutes
Depending on your individual goals and situation, our follow-up meetings can take place in the produce aisle of your favorite market, on the phone/computer or at your kitchen counter. Each of us face different challenges when it comes to the time available to prepare foods, the number of meals eaten on the road, and the number of hungry (and finicky) mouths to feed. In these follow-up sessions, you will learn to shop, cook, read labels, modify recipes, organize your pantry and fridge, whatever it takes for you to succeed. Our goal is to educate you, inspire you and embolden you to make yourself and your fuel a priority. $40-70
- Weekly menu planning. Know the basics, but still stumped on the details? We will open up your calendar and map out a plan for the week or month to get the most nutritional bang for your buck at those business meeting buffets, PTA functions, or the holiday feasts. Using a realistic approach to your lifestyle, you will soon find that no matter how busy your life is, you can always feel healthy and alert. Every aspect of your body will feel the difference...from your GI tract, blood sugars, mental acuity, and energy level. $50/week
Let’s Go Shopping! Once your mind and body have experienced the enhanced mood and function of healthy eating, it may be time to rewire how you approach trips to the market. Whether it be the local grocery store, Trader Joe’s, or the farmer’s market, there are strategies for leaving with your bags full of vitamin-packed options versus processed pit-falls. We can shop right beside you and maximize your time, wallet, and health.
Favorite Recipe Makeover. Are you afraid that embracing a colorful nutrient-rich diet will mean saying “Adios” to Grandma’s cheesy enchiladas?
