MOMMY Fit Camp

Your best body, from pregnancy to parenthood.

South Bay MOMMY Fit Camp is specially designed for pre-natal and postpartum fitness! Like our other classes, there is a creatvie mix of cardio and full-body strength training, but a strong emphasis on CORE conditioning (using yoga, pilates and C.H.E.K. principles) makes this fit camp a fantastic way to ensure a happy pregnancy and quick recovery!

  • regain core strength and endurance
  • minimize pregnancy aches and pains
  • prepare for childbirth and quick recovery
  • make your post-baby body outshine your pre-baby one!

Infants and toddlers are welcome! Bring a multi-purpose or jogging stroller, and yoga-type mat or beach towel, water, 5-lb dumbbells if you have them and a great attitude!

30 min cardio/strength training + 30 min CORE conditioning + 30 min playdate (optional)
