If you haven’t exercised today, your day is not yet complete. Whether it is a trip to the gym, a hike with friends, an after-work stroll through the neighborhood, or some quick calisthenics before bed, make exercise a part of your daily routine (like brushing your teeth or putting on your shoes), and watch your fitness goals become attainable. Change it up to avoid boredom and to challenge yourself: if the weather is nice, go outside for a bike ride or run through the park instead of going to the gym. If the weather is cold, head to the nearest indoor pool and swim laps in the heated water. Don’t just sit there, get up and DO something – your day is not complete without it!
