Class meets 5:30-6:30am at Recreation Park on 7th St. & Park Ave in Long Beach.

Meet us in the center of the park on the north (playground) side of 7th Street. Please park on Federation Drive (which cuts through the park), and look for our South Bay Fit Camp signs (and the cute brunette awaiting your arrival).
