Emily Duval
Emily Duval is an independently Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). As a sedentary kid who was finally inspired to get in shape in her adult life, Emily knows firsthand that it is never too late to try something new, and is dedicated to helping her clients surprise themselves with that they can accomplish. She specializes in weight loss, nutritional counseling, injury rehab, and sports performance for clients of all ages and fitness levels. Personally, she has become an avid lover of running, hiking, and surfing, and plans to hike the Grand Canyon in the next few years.

Mandy R. Rhodes, DC
Dr. Mandy R. Rhodes, Doctor of Chiropractic, is well versed in training and treating clients with varying levels of fitness and injuries. She has been a Chiropractor since 2003, is an independently Certified Personal Trainer through the National College of Exercise Professionals (NCEP), a Group Exercise Instructor, and a Certified Functional Fitness Coach through the National Pitching Association (NPA). She is also currently the Director of Biomechanics for the NCEP Exercise Therapist Program, teaching Advanced Biomechanics classes and the Standard Personal Training Certification Course for those interested in a personal training career. She has treated the participants of a number of special events, including AIDS LifeCycle, AVON Breast Cancer Walk, and MS Swim For A Cure. She helps her patients and clients daily to correct biomechanical weaknesses, through Chiropractic treatments and muscle therapies, to extend the benefits of personal training without pain or injury.
